Today You Are You

Quick card post here.  I found a beautiful card sketch over at Sketch-N-Scrap and promptly made this birthday card.  One of the things I really like about this website is that they create sketches for both cards and layouts.

Here is their original card sketch:

I made my cards with some scraps of paper I had on hand from other projects.  Cards are such a great way to use up bits of paper lying around.  I embossed the circles using my Grand Caliper and the Beaded Circles Die and Splendid Circles Die.

what a pretty card! great take on the sketch! I love that you used the same paper for the strip across but it pops so much with the blue border, and the edges of the circles are great! thanks for joining us at Sketch N Scrap
