End of 2009

What a great year this has been! The long endless wait to wrap my arms around Lara has ended, and our family is enjoying our time as a family of four. Now that things have settled down at home, I'm looking forward to more scrapbooking in 2010. My goals are to scrap at least 125 pages, finish my scrapbook (ok scrapbooks) about our journey to meet our daughter in China, get started on Lara's lifebook, and start spending more time on making quality pages rather than trying to keep up and scrapbooking every single thing that happens. Let's see what happens...

Happy New Years!

Time to get Organized

When my desk and drawers are overflowing and a huge mess I dig in deep and really try to clean them and throw away things that I haven't used in years and don't plan to. This time around I took all my flowers that I had throw into bags/containers with no rhyme or reason and separated them into color. I did the same with a lot of my ribbon. (But no all yet because I have way to much ribbon.) Finally I went through my old rubber stamps and decided to give away 3/4 of them. I did this because I now have 90 sets of Close to My Heart acrylic Stamps. I still have a lot to do, but it'll keep until next time my desk looks like a bomb hit it.

New Blog

I have decided to finally embrace the craze of blogging. Since my life revolves around my family and scrapbooking, I thought I'd post pictures of my scrapbooking projects.
